Shipping, returns and exchanges

Delivery
Orders within Nigeria are delivered by courier or can be collected from our Osogbo studio. UK orders are dispatched from Birmingham or shipped from Nigeria. Delivery costs and timescales are confirmed after you order, before dispatch. Rates to be confirmed
Made-to-order items
Bespoke, made-to-measure and altered garments are made specially for you and cannot be returned unless faulty. Your quotation sets out deposits, lead times and fitting arrangements.
Returns of ready pieces
Unused accessories and ready-to-wear items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund of the item price. UK customers also have their statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Contact us first to arrange a return.
Faulty items
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will repair, replace or refund.
Gown rental
